離心式噴油機(jī)是餅干生產(chǎn)的主要輔助設(shè)備，也是蛋糕生產(chǎn)的理想設(shè)備可以噴灑烤 盤。該機(jī)裝有兩個離心式噴盤。食用油通過輸液油泵，閥門調(diào)節(jié)壓力，噴射到高速離 心轉(zhuǎn)盤，產(chǎn)生細(xì)而均勻的霧狀。離心式噴盤改變了以往高壓噴嘴孔徑小的缺點(diǎn)，油不 易堵塞。噴油量的大小可通過閥門調(diào)節(jié)。該機(jī)有回收油霧的裝罝，把剩余散落的油霧 回收至機(jī)內(nèi)循環(huán)使用。輸送帶可無極調(diào)速直到理想的速度。該機(jī)密封性好，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊, 易清理，噴灑均勻更為節(jié)油。 Oil Spaying Machine is the main supporting equipment in biscuit production line and also the ideal machine to spray oil on bakery plates in cake production. It has two centrifugal spray plates. Edible oil transferred through pump and adjusted by valve, spray into high speed centrifugal plates, generate tiny and uniform oil fog. Centrifugal spray plates avoided the traditional disadvantage of high pressure and small spray mouth, which make the oil not easy for block. Spray quantity can be adjusted by valve. This machine has oil recycle system which can gather the rest oil for circulating use. Conveyor can be unlimited adjusted to get an ideal speed. This machine has the advantage of good sealing performance, compact structure, easy for clean and energy save.
